Warm Weather Training
With only 8 weeks until the 330 mile ride, I thought a weeks training was in order. Unfortunately, only 11 degrees in Sheffield on Monday morning and blowing a gale
However in the past 3 days over 70 miles cycled and over 6000 feet climbed.
Although, Ernie Wise won’t be happy when I send him his legs back, they are knackered.
The charity fund raising is very poor so far, only £20 from my mum.
So show me some love and encourage me to keep the training up, 330 miles looking a tad daunting at the moment.
